What we collect
Waitlist: your name (optional), email and the destination you pick. Orders: the trip and personal details you type into the order form, including your passport number. Your passport number is stored encrypted, used only for your cover letter and bookings, and deleted 30 days after delivery. If you scan your passport, the photo is read on your device and never uploaded. We don't accept uploaded documents.
How we use it
Only to prepare your pack, contact you about your order, and tell you when your destination opens. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Order details are deleted 30 days after your pack is delivered. Waitlist entries are kept until you ask us to remove them.
Who we share it with
Licensed partners who arrange hotel, flight and insurance documents receive only what they need for your booking. We also use service providers to run Travokit: website hosting, our database, email, payments and an AI provider that drafts your documents. They only use your data to provide the service.
Your rights
Ask for a copy of your data or ask us to delete it at hello@mytravokit.com.
