Before we start
If we haven't started preparing your pack, you get a full refund.
After delivery
Prepared documents can't be refunded once delivered. If something we prepared is wrong, we fix it free.
Delivery time
Your checklist, cover letter and itinerary are drafted by AI within minutes of your details being complete, and you check them straight away. In Premium, a person checks every document first, within 1 working day. Partner bookings (hotel, flight, insurance) can take longer; we tell you before we start.
Fixes and help from a person
Each document includes 5 AI fixes: tell the AI what's wrong and it makes a new version. You can also mark any part of a document for a person to check, in every package. If something is wrong because of our mistake, we fix it free.
Partner documents
Hotel, flight and insurance documents follow the partner's own cancellation rules.
Visa refusals
A visa refusal is the consulate's decision and isn't by itself a reason for a refund. Premium includes free reapplication support.
